Banq customers who received a recent notification to make a final transfer of cash and non-NFT balances held with Prime Trust will have through November 14th, 2021 to make this transfer.
Banq customers that still have crypto or USD balances, please follow steps to transfer those balances in the banq community page through November 14th.
After this date, these balances will no longer be viewable on Banq and users will need to contact Prime Trust directly to set up individual Custodial Account logins.
