Before you can transfer funds via PrimeX, the account receiving the funds must add the account sending the funds as an "Authorized Counterparty." To do this, follow the steps below.
Select your Account
After logging in to my.primetrust.com, click on the name of the account you wish to add the Counterparty to. The account name will be highlighted in green.
Click on the "AUTHORIZE COUNTERPARTY" button
Enter the Counterparty's Account Number and Name
In the pop-up window, enter the Counterparty's Account Number and Account Name. Then, click the "SUBMIT" button.
Once you have added an authorized Counterparty, you will be able to view their account under the "Authorized Counterparties" section.
Please Note the following:
- Adding an account as an "Authorized Counterparty" allows them to send you funds/assets.
- Your account must be added as an "Authorized Counterparty" before you can send funds/assets to another PrimeX member.
- For example, Account "A" adds Account "B" as an Authorized Counterparty. Account "B" can now send funds to Account "A." If Account "A" wants to send funds to Account "B," Account "B" must also add Account "A" as an Authorized Counterparty.
