Step 1: Select your Account
Log in and click the “View” button next to the account you wish to make a deposit into.
If you are disbursing funds to an account outside of the U.S. you must do so via International Wire. Funds cannot be disbursed to International Accounts via ACH or eCheck.
Step 2: Click the "Send" button
Step 3: Choose your asset type and then choose “New eCheck/ACH”
Please note: You can add a Personal or Business Bank Account to your Prime Trust account. This will allow you to select a saved account instead of entering the bank details each time. To learn more, click here.
Step 4: Choose Your Amount and click “Continue”
You can add a Reference if you choose (enter whatever you like to notate the withdrawal), but this is not necessary.
Step 5: Enter the Bank Account Details
You will be prompted to provide the following information:
- Name of the account or counterparty (This is Optional, and you may list any name you like)
- Full name listed on the Bank Account
- Routing Number
- Bank Account Number
- Account Type: Business or Personal
- Account Type: Savings or Checking
Step 6: Confirm the Disbursement Via Verification Email
After you click the "Continue" button, the original account owner will receive a confirmation email. The email will only be sent to the original email address used to create the account.
The original account owner must open the email and click on the green "CONFIRM DISBURSEMENT" button. The disbursement will not be processed until the transaction is authorized via email.
A new window will pop up, and you will need to verify the disbursement by clicking on the green "Confirm & Verify" button. The disbursement will not be processed until the transaction is authorized via email.
