1. Select your Account
Log in and click on the name of the Prime Trust account you wish to disburse from. The account name will be highlighted in green, and the last 4 digits of the account number will appear under the name.
2. Click the "DISBURSEMENT" button
Locate the green "DISBURSEMENT" button at the top of your account homepage, and click on it.
3. Select "USD"
4. Select the Payment Method and Amount of Withdrawal
Click on the drop down underneath the "How Would You Like To Send The Funds" section. Scroll down, and select the option for "Wire."
Then, enter the amount you will be withdrawing underneath the "How Much Would You Like to Send" section. The amount you enter must be in USD.
5. Enter Bank Account and Beneficiary Details
You will be prompted to provide the following information:
- Full name listed on the Bank Account
- Account Type: Business or Personal
- Routing Number
- Bank Account Number
- Beneficiary Mailing Address
If your Financial Institution's instructions require "Further Instruction," check the box next to "Use Further Credit Account." Then, enter the "Further Credit Account Name" and the "Further Credit Account Number" provided by your Bank in the provided fields.
Finally, at the bottom of the form, enter the Wire Reference number provided by your Bank. Please review all of the information provided before clicking the "Submit" button, as any incorrect or missing information could cause a delay in processing.
6. Confirm the Disbursement Via Email
After you click the "Submit" button, the original account owner will receive a confirmation email. The email will only be sent to the original email address used to create the account.
The original account owner must open the email and click on the green "CONFIRM DISBURSEMENT" button.
After clicking "CONFIRM DISBURSEMENT" in the email, a new window will pop up, and you will need to verify the disbursement by clicking on the green "CONFIRM & VERIFY" button. The disbursement will not be processed until the transaction is authorized via email.
Your wire should be processed within one business day. If your request is submitted on a Friday, please allow up until the following Monday for processing.
