Step 1: Select your Account
Log in and click the “View” button next to the account you wish to make a deposit into.
Step 2: Click on the "Deposit" button.
Step 3: Select asset type: "US Dollar (USD)," and then choose "New Wire"
Step 4: Print the instructions and use them to fill out the wire deposit form with your Bank.
These instructions may be updated from time to time and they are specific to a particular account.
Each time you make a deposit to a Prime Trust account via Wire, you must log in and use the current wire instructions for that specific account.
Using outdated instructions or instructions for a different account can prevent the transfer from being processed.
Do I need a Reference Code When Transmitting a Wire?
Yes, you will need to include the Reference Code provided in your wire instructions in order for the wire to be submitted successfully.
Where is the beneficiary reflected?
The Credit To field would be the beneficiary name for the wire
Where Do I Enter the Reference Code?
Depending on the Bank's wire form, the Reference Code can be placed in the memo, comments, or "Instructions for Beneficiary" section.
Your bank's form should have at least one of these fields available.
