If you would like to link a Bank Account to your Prime Trust account, you can do so by following the steps outlined below:
Go to "My Profile"
You must apply and be approved for a Prime Trust Custodial Account before you are able to add a Bank Account. If you have not been approved for a Prime Trust Custodial Account, we'll show you how to open an Individual account here and how to open an account for an Entity here.
Once you have been approved for a Custodial Account, log into your account and click on the green "My Profile" link at the top of your homepage.
Select "Add New Bank Account"
Enter Your Bank Details
After clicking on "Add New Bank Details", you will be prompted to provide the following information:
- Full name listed on the Bank Account (The name must match the name listed on the Prime Trust account)
- Routing Number
- Bank Account Number
- Account Type: Business or Personal
Once all fields have been filled out, click on the "Save" button.
After adding your Bank account, you will be able to view and manage your linked accounts in your dashboard under the "Linked Bank Accounts" section. From here, you can delete an account or add another one.
