Pending Account Closure after 90 days

Any end user custodial accounts that are older than 90 days and are in a Pending State with 0 assets/fiat are subject to be closed by Prime Trust.

Prime Trust will conduct regular reviews of accounts meeting this status and close them on a regular basis. This policy will help ensure higher levels of end user data quality and lower risk levels for both end end user and Prime Trust.

As a reminder, end users with closed accounts can always reapply for a new custodial account  and will be subject to all the normal KYC requirements.
